An FPV (First-Person View) drone tour is a cinematic video experience where the viewer feels as if they are flying through the property. Using specialized FPV drones, we capture smooth, dynamic, and immersive footage that traditional drones can’t replicate—flying indoors, gliding through hallways, around furniture, and even transitioning seamlessly from exterior to interior. It’s the ultimate wow-factor for marketing high-end homes, condos, or commercial spaces.

Our pricing depends on the property size, location, and the selected services. We offer two options to fit most needs. Custom quotes are available for larger estates or commercial projects.

Full payment is required after booking confirmation and before the shoot date to secure your session and allow us to prepare everything in advance.

Once we confirm the booking, you’ll receive an invoice for full payment, which is required prior to the shoot date.

Absolutely! We proudly serve all of South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Collier, and Monroe County. Key areas we frequently work in include Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Brickell, Coral Gables, and surrounding neighborhoods.

If your property is located outside of our core service area, don’t worry—reach out anyway. We may still be able to accommodate your project with a small travel fee

A standard shoot usually takes between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size of the property and the services requested (photos, video, drone, FPV, etc.). Larger or more complex shoots may require additional time.

Rescheduling & Weather-Related Adjustments
If the CLIENT needs to reschedule, the COMPANY will accommodate the next available date, subject to availability.
If weather conditions prevent the session from proceeding safely, the COMPANY reserves the right to reschedule.
The CLIENT has 48 hours before the event to decide whether to proceed indoors (if applicable) or reschedule.

All services will begin and end at the scheduled time. Please be ready at the agreed start time to ensure we capture everything needed.

Late arrivals may result in reduced coverage, as we cannot always extend beyond the scheduled window.

Failure to attend or prepare the property at the scheduled time will result in a 100% charge with no refund, as time and resources have been allocated specifically for your shoot.

Absolutely! We offer intro and outro videos, voiceovers, and even guided tours with the agent on camera. It adds a personal touch and builds trust with potential buyers.

We deliver all final media through a private download link making it easy to download and share with your team or upload to MLS, social platforms, and websites.
